Urban Fabrics aims to deliver your order in a fast, reliable, and secure manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Local (Pakistan) Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your order using the provided courier tracking link.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Pakistan.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
Urban Fabrics is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the package has been dispatched.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking it.
